Germantown Rewards is open to those 18 years or older with a valid email address. Multiple members of the same household can have separate accounts if they provide their individual email & phone number.
Use your Germantown Rewards Dashboard to:
- See your current point level and how close you are to your next Germantown Rewards coupon.
- Track points and coupons: Every time you earn a new coupon, it will come through your Germantown Rewards Dashboard.
- Earn points with every in-store or online purchase; accrue points and receive money-saving coupons.
- Have an accurate account of your past purchases and access online and in-store purchase information, including receipts.
- Get a copy of your receipt emailed or texted to you.
- Access your account via mobile phone or computer.
- Receive emails and updates about special savings, which you can opt out of.
You will earn Germantown Hardware Rewards points with every online or in-store purchase. Points accrue based on a purchase's pre-tax subtotal. Points are not earned on services, such as workshop services, delivery or rentals.
You’ll earn five points for every dollar you spend on a purchase, before tax, up to a maximum of 10,000 points in a single transaction. When a single transaction's point accrual exceeds 10,000, the additional points will be banked toward your next points-based coupon. Nutshell: You’ll receive a $5 OFF coupon on every 1,000 points earned.
Points-to-coupon chart:
1,000 points = $5 coupon
2,000 points = $10 coupon
3,000 points = $15 coupon
4,000 points = $20 coupon
5,000 points = $25 coupon
6,000 points = $30 coupon
7,000 points = $35 coupon
8,000 points = $40 coupon
9,000 points = $45 coupon
10,000 points = $50 coupon
Points never expire, but coupons do based on type:
- $5 OFF sign-up coupon expires 60 days from joining
- Rewards coupons expire 30 days after issue
- Birthday coupon expires at the end of your birthday month

IN-STORE:
- Print your coupon and redeem it in-store
- Show a cashier your coupon on your mobile phone or the Germantown Hardware Rewards app.

No, points are only accrued when a purchase is made using your Germantown Hardware Rewards account.
Whether you signed up in-store or online, you must digitally activate your account to access your Dashboard. We’ll email an activation link to the address you provided at signup. Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to view your Dashboard.
Log into your Germantown Rewards Dashboard or use the Germantown Hardware Rewards app to view points and coupons.
If you haven’t updated your profile with your information, it’s not too late to get your yearly coupon! Open your Germantown Hardware Rewards profile, go to Rewards Information and add your birthday month. On the first day of your birthday month, you’ll get a one-time coupon for 10% OFF a single purchase during that month.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase for points to load onto your Germantown Hardware Rewards Dashboard. If your points are still not showing after that time, please contact the store where your purchase was made.
Of course, we hope that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. For an occasional item return, we will not remove your points. Per our return policy, no returns are accepted on weather-related or clearance items.
